The Towbes Group

Summary:

The Towbes Group needed to improve the sharing, security and collaboration of critical documents, project assets and collateral. They also needed to migrate all business data to a central and secure location where employees and clients alike could access it from any device, with proper security clearance of course. HingePoint designed and built a custom SharePoint Online Document Management System (DMS) for multiple departments and project teams. HingePoint also handled the migration from on-site file server to the new SharePoint system, and developed an investor portal for partners to view fresh performance report data. Procore integration implementation allowed for a Property Center to be built that contained all data surrounding individual construction properties for employees to access, and Data Rooms were created to allow for third party entities to access and work with Towbes project managers.
