This allows for long-term sustained growth on the fuel of cheap and clean energy from natural gas.

I had the pleasure of sitting with the Hoque Global team lead by Mike Hoque and Mehrdad Moayedi (President & CEO of Centurion American) who developed The Statler Hotel & Residences to revitalize Downtown Dallas, and Kourtny Garrett, President & CEO of Downtown Dallas Inc. - Investing in the legacy of Dallas and preserving our city's history will be a long-term investment that shows people’s faith in Dallas and Texas.
- Hoque Global develops highly-successful restaurants (such as Dallas Chop House, Dallas Fish Market, Chop House Burger, and Wild Salsa), revitalizing downtown Dallas with shopping, bars, restaurants, and even parks that families love. I personally take out-of-town guests to the park (across from Statler) and it’s been a source of “family fun” for my wife and 3 daughters.
- New tenants like Amazon (and others) may join AT&T. They'll find Dallas ripe for setting up a long-term presence in the south-central region that's full of the lifestyle and talent pool their employees want for sustained growth.
- Can we rename "Millennials" to our "Next Generation Rock Star leaders, innovators, and citizens of America" that will take us to the next level of American morality, purpose, and keep this the greatest country on earth? Who’s with me?

The Great Game of Business is designed to show how an open-book management system is used to build rapid financial results and company culture. The full-day workshop kicked off with a keynote by Michael Kiolbassa, president of Kiolbassa Smoked Meats. Kiolbassa implemented The Great Game process in 2014 to save the family business that was struggling to make a profit. In fact, at one point in August and September of 2013, they “lost more money in two months than we made in most years we had been in business”. Now, just three years after adopting The Great Game Process, Michael's company is thriving and on track to hit a target of $100 million in revenue by 2019! The keynote was followed by an on-site visit to the Kiolbassa factory, where we sat in on a live "Huddle" to see Great Game practices first-hand, and a Q&A with employee practitioners. The last part of the workshop was the interactive session, where the teams competed in the coveted "Mini Game challenge" and put the days’ worth of professional development and learning into action. Teams were challenged with building a short-term activity designed to correct a weakness or pursue an opportunity in the company. The requirement was to have an end goal with a time-frame, scoreboard, and reward for winning. HingePoint’s game was named “A Steak in the Outcome” with the reward being a steak dinner for the team at Ruth’s Chris if the criteria are met. The competition was very tight, making a difficult decision for the judges. After a lengthy deliberation, the results were announced, awarding HingePoint the victor!“Knowing there are only a handful of businesses that get the opportunity to participate in this event every year makes you feel honored to be in attendance and learn with so many other intelligent professionals. Procore customers can now automatically update SharePoint and Procore libraries simultaneously with a new SharePoint Two-Way Sync integration and connector, built on Procore Construction OS and is available in the App Marketplace. SharePoint Two-Way Sync shares and mirrors files and documents in both SharePoint and Procore libraries through a new connector created by HingePoint, a Dallas-based company that integrates and architects SharePoint for better data management. The SharePoint Two-Way Sync brings Microsoft’s enterprise-grade document libraries right into Procore, with two-way, real-time sync of folders and documents. When a folder is updated in SharePoint, it updates in Procore. If a file is deleted in Procore, it is deleted in SharePoint. “This is not an embedded form that anyone can access, it's an actual API integration that lets SharePoint and Procore libraries mirror one another while having the security of both systems," HingePoint CEO and Founder Bryce Finnerty said. “If you are a user with rights to a Procore project and you’re a SharePoint user with rights to a document library, you can access the synced files." A growing number of construction companies use SharePoint as their system of record to store important data about employees, contracts and project status. Although using the cloud is not new for the industry, the ability to integrate systems and software will become more critical as Autodesk continues its aggressive march towards cloud-based platforms. “Technologically speaking, we are moving past the app and moving into a world of web experiences,” said Jim Quanci, Senior Director of Autodesk Development Network, in the HingePoint Industry 4.0 Report. “Being based on web-standard technologies… there are millions of software developers that can now build these experiences. Our energy development has increased rapidly (and with far fewer rigs), so we can basically scale up and down almost instantly to meet the demand. This allows for long-term sustained growth on the fuel of cheap and clean energy from natural gas.

Real Estate Round Table
I had the pleasure of sitting with the Hoque Global team lead by Mike Hoque and Mehrdad Moayedi (President & CEO of Centurion American) who developed The Statler Hotel & Residences to revitalize Downtown Dallas, and Kourtny Garrett, President & CEO of Downtown Dallas Inc. Everyone involved made some great points about the real estate climate in Dallas. Below are a few of my key takeaways:- They're attracting great tenants downtown.
- Investing in the legacy of Dallas and preserving our city's history will be a long-term investment that shows people’s faith in Dallas and Texas.
- Hoque Global develops highly-successful restaurants (such as Dallas Chop House, Dallas Fish Market, Chop House Burger, and Wild Salsa), revitalizing downtown Dallas with shopping, bars, restaurants, and even parks that families love. I personally take out-of-town guests to the park (across from Statler) and it’s been a source of “family fun” for my wife and 3 daughters.
- New tenants like Amazon (and others) may join AT&T. They'll find Dallas ripe for setting up a long-term presence in the south-central region that's full of the lifestyle and talent pool their employees want for sustained growth.
- Can we rename "Millennials" to our "Next Generation Rock Star leaders, innovators, and citizens of America" that will take us to the next level of American morality, purpose, and keep this the greatest country on earth? Who’s with me?
